(Ed.'s Note: Early this morning scores of protesters picketed the local offices of the Social Security Administration off Central Blvd. demanding that Donald Trump and Elon Musk's DOGE stop messing with our senior citizens' retirement benefits. The protest was part of a nationwide rejection of the assault on Social Security.
They laughed at students and veterans when they demanded an end to the Vietnam War where we lost more than 58,000 young soldiers. But we brought the war to an end.
