(Ed.'s Note: A few weeks after a tagger that goes by the name of "NY" defaced the pictures that art students painted on the walls of the old Capitol Theater, someone came back and fixed them by painting over the tagger's signature. If you look closely, someone eles has scratched the faces with a sharp object. We hope this will be the last we hear of "NY," or any other tagger who takes it upon him(or her?)self to destroy a piece of work that has been done with the betterment of the appearance of the downtown area. The wicked never rest.)
