NOT EVERYONE NEEDS OR WANTS A RHODES SCHOLARSHIP...

(...so many local students who want to work to make a decent living take advantage of the different vocational technical training offered locally through the various private and public schools and colleges. An education, when one can get one, is always a good thing. With many crafts and skills projected to be in demand, the local workforce equipped with certification in a wide variety of fields has a leg up on someone without one. Many times they have a job waiting for them upon certification.  Here, a caravan celebrating the certification of South Texas Vocational-Technical school celebrate finishing their course work.
