Rick has since returned to private practice, but he still remembers the natty sings that adorned the lawns of homes off Palm Blvd. Funny how both he and Ramiro Naranjo (above) were both running for a school board. I guess you have to have a concept of yourself being head and shoulders above all the rest to run for a school board.
