Think about that. The women are confident they're going to win as they did against a powerful French team yesterday. And we have a president who casts doubt they will do it because he has a petty difference with a player.
That player, by the way, scored one goal and passed the ball for one of her team mates to score another in the 2-1 win. And she did it without the help of Putin.
The women are representing the county of which he is the president. Personal differences or not, they are representing all of US and are doing it very well, indeed. Whose side is he on? Just like he took Putin's side against our intelligence community for his personal reasons, he is showing that he is putting his petty vindictive motives ahead of the nation's interests.
