Saenz in 2020, but instead she has announced today she will run for the 138th District Court to be left vacant when Judge Arturo Nelson Cisneros retires next year. She might be facing attorney Helen Delgadillo who has been telling friends she might run for the 138th. Let's see who else might join the two women.)
