We contracted him about a year ago for our daughter's quinceniera event, which will be occurring next month. Long story short, he approached us as we were looking at the Event Center claiming he was the owner/manager of the place. He seemed to be an honest man and mainly because God's name actually came out of his mouth. (Sierra is pictured here with Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio and another man. We filled out contract and started payments towards the "package" he offered. He always gave us receipts for the cash payments but to only find out it really didn't mean anything!!
He took $6,500 and the last payment he took from us was in December 2017, a few days before Christmas. He never once answered our calls after that nor did he EVER try to reach us in any manner.
As weeks turned into months and in desperation we traveled from Austin to Brownsville to only find out he was scamming many other individuals. Since then we've filed charges and only demand our money!!!
He had the audacity to call June 18 as if nothing was wrong!! I demanded our money due to the lack of communication in which I explained he didn't leave us any options but to get other vendors to help us fulfill our daughter's event.
He refuses to return our money stating WE broke the contract!
What a slimy mother-----r he turned out to be!!
He has been arrested 3 times and yet bails out for other cases with same situation as ours!! If you know you'll be having important event in the coming months years, please watch out for this man!!
